I'm Jonathan Parr and I'm the Founder of Tracker+.

I had the privilege of spending my childhood in the incredible country of Japan, living there until I was 12. Living in Japan deeply influenced by appreciation for elegant design and my approach to running my business. Delivering courteous, helpful service that consistently exceeds expectations will forever be my guiding principle.

I'm passionate about every facet of design - how it functions, how it responds, the colours, the typography, and the overall aesthetic. This passion infuses every part of my work.

Tracking Redefined

Fifteen years ago, I launched Tracker+ with a clear mission: to transform how schools perceive pupil progress tracking. My goal was not to conform to the existing market but to set a new standard. Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to pioneer several breakthroughs—being the first to combine statutory data with teacher assessments, the first to deliver fully customisable progress tracking systems, and now, the first to embed generative AI into our tracking platform.

I started this company, and it’s my passion and sole focus. I don’t work to please shareholders or investors—I work every day to delight my customers.
